Quality is a priority with R & D Engineering Solutions and this is emphasised in all aspects of our business, from enquiry stage through to completion of the project. 

A key strength of a company is customer service. This gives the end user great confidence knowing that technical support is available for back up. Stringent tests are carried out in the workshop on all projects manufactured by R & D Engineering Solutions.

Consultation

Meeting with our client and end line customer for brief on requirements

Design

We then design Panel based on our consultation meeting and submit for approval

Build

On receipt of order and approval of our design we then proceed to order all required aspects of the build and obtain all delivery dates. We then plan our expected start date and completion date for the client to schedule the FAT date.

Test

CPD cert. Inspecting, testing and verification and certification of electrical installations in Ireland

FAT

Our FAT is carried out in the presence of our client and their customer in accordance with our standard FAT checklist document Rev. 2.0 and any requirements our clients may request.

Commissioning

When required we can carry out a final inspection of all connection and setup all drives and controls to required settings before carrying out a full function test prior to hand over to the customer
